Is It Better to Buy or Rent?

Useful calculator for deciding if its better to buy or rent the house you live in (related article).

Using rough calculations; I will only start to save money if I bought the house I rent, and then live in it for the next 22 years. If I put the money I save by renting for the next 22 years into a low risk investment I would come out ahead... Thats the theory anyway.
